Woodward Wellness
This program focuses on every aspect of healthy living to encourage our students to be active participants in their own lives and to integrate healthy habits to become successful adults. This class covers a wide variety of topics, including nutrition, sleep, physical activity, healthy relationships, financial literacy, self-esteem, the human body, reproductive health, good decision-making, how to manage your phone and social media responsibly, and how to have difficult conversations.
Students participate in a Woodward Wellness program about stress relief and make stress balls.
Students work together to determine the best stress relief tactics for them.
