Head of School Welcome
I want to take this opportunity to thank you personally for visiting our website and for taking an interest in our School. Since 1894, The Woodward School has been educating and empowering young women in grades 6-12 in downtown Quincy, MA.

As you explore our site, I hope you will discover more about our dynamic School through its rigorous academic offerings, the Arts, vibrant social activities, community outreach, and competitive athletic teams!

Woodward is a special place where students develop confidence, find their voice, and express themselves with confidence and poise while becoming part of a unique community and establishing lasting relationships.

Woodward celebrates time-honored practices and traditions like our Science Fair, Founders Night, and Night of the Arts that bring our entire community together, which has been our School's hallmark since we opened our doors in 1894. This is an exciting time to join this focused and energetic community of learners, educators, mentors, and coaches.

The recent major renovations of our historic campus are now complete. I would like to personally invite you to contact our Admissions Team or me directly to start a conversation or schedule a visit to learn more about our School. We want to know about your daughter's background and her individual needs to see if Woodward might be the right fit for her. Meanwhile, please look over our admissions page on this website to discover more about our academic offerings and the application process.
