Athletics Info and Calendar

The Woodward Wildcats Athletics Department believes that participation in athletics provides tremendous physical, psychological, and social benefits. The well-being that comes from a day of practice or competition is healthy and positive. Lessons learned on the fields and courts include goal setting and achievement, learning the value of practice in all endeavors, managing and moving on from disappointment and success, grace under pressure, sportsmanship, resilience, teamwork, time management, and decision-making. These life lessons, and the valuable, positive relationships formed on a Wildcats team follow and sustain our student athletes throughout their lives.
